Craftsmanship
Made slowly, by a single pair of hands.
Wool is dyed in copper vats over wood fires using madder root, walnut hull and pomegranate skin. Silk highlights are hand-spliced into the weft to catch passing light. Each tapestry is knotted by a single weaver on a vertical loom, finished with hand-twisted fringes and a tapestried selvedge of complementary tone.

Hanging
Suspend from a forged iron rod with a discreet linen sleeve; allow a gentle drape at the base.
Cleaning
Vacuum with low suction through fine mesh. Avoid all wet cleaning.
Storage
Roll face-out around an archival tube and wrap in unbleached cotton.
Preservation
Shield from south-facing light to preserve the depth of the natural dyes.
